Shipping Policy
At the Eastern Kentucky Local Marketplace, we want to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. We strive to ship all orders within three business days of the order being placed, unless unusual shipping arrangements are required.
Shipping Methods
We use a variety of shipping methods, depending on the nature of the product, its weight and size, and the delivery location. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping, which usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery. However, expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the products ordered, as well as the delivery location. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost at the time of checkout. Shipping costs may be higher for certain products or for delivery to remote locations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number for your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure that all orders are shipped within three business days, shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or product availability. If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible.
